چکیده

This work has demonstrated the ixodicidal and insect antifeedant effects of essential oils from 14 experimentally cultivated aromatic plants. The strong corresponded to Thymus zygis, vulgaris, Satureja montana, Oreganum virens , Mentha suaveolens . moderately active were Lavandula angustifolia, piperita, spicata, Artemisa herba-alba Rosmarinus officinalis most effective larvicidal compounds piperitenone oxide, carvacrol, piperitenone, thymol, explaining oils. rest tested not or antifeedant. Therefore, activity cannot be explained by their main components (linalyl acetate, linalool, menthone, menthol, limonene, camphor, 1,8-cineole, p -cymene, ?-pìnene, carvone), suggesting synergistic effects. Considering these extracts, plants have been ranked in relation vulgare a commercial biopesticide ingredient, for potential as botanical pesticides. T. S. montana M. over vulgaris agents insecticidal. we propose plant populations zygis here further development ingredients.
